JT3-3 F13 Stainless Steel 304 (A2) Tek

EJOT JT3-3 fasteners are manufactured from 304 (A2) grade austenitic stainless steel with a hardened carbon steel drill point welded to the stainless steel shank.

The hardened drill point enables the screw to drill carbon steel sections and by having the lead threads formed on this hardened point this allows for correct tapping at high drilling speed.

Subject to design approval we typically recommend using the JT3-3-6.3x50 F13 when fixing EVT helping hand brackets to steel frame systems and for fixing tophats and C-channels to steel frame systems. 

These fasteners are zinc coated for aesthetic reasons and waxed to lubricate the surface during installation.

The fixing can fix into steel structures 1.2-3.0mm in thickness.
